Take the unique opportunity to participate at our Karate Seminar and improve your techniques, katas and self-defense skills!
It will take place on Saturday, April 28th or Sunday, April 29th, preferably outside, in the park, in case of bad weather in the UM Sports Hall. Mikael and Chris will be training with us.
